Starting the day with a good hearty breakfast has always been a good choice. It fills the body with energy and the brain with energy. And why not make it an experience with a Danish brunch in Nyhavn?
In Denmark, breakfast is often accompanied by a cup of black coffee, a small bitter and a glass of juice, and together they give the body a shot to get the whole system going. At Hyttefadet our brunch has always been based on requests from our local friends, nearby hotel guests and our Norwegian DFDS guests.
Therefore, breakfast had to be Danish and of course include salami, rolled sausage, bacon and fried eggs, rye bread and rolls. But times have changed and so has the Danish breakfast.
Sour cream, porridge, avocado, luxury cheeses, scrambled eggs, freshly brewed coffee in all kinds of lattes are now a normality in cafes and restaurants, which is why Hyttefadet's head chef is excited to launch our interpretation of the traditional and the modern and present a product that makes people full, satisfied and ready for the rigors of the day.
