Brunch In Nyhavn

Starting the day with a good hearty breakfast has always been a good choice. The body is filled with energy and the brain with excess. And why not make it an experience with a Danish brunch in Nyhavn?

In Denmark, a breakfast is often accompanied by a cup of black coffee, a small bitter and a glass of juice, and together it gives the body a shot that sets the whole system in motion. At Hyttefadet, our brunch has always been based on the wishes of our local friends, nearby hotel guests and our Norwegian DFDS guests.

Therefore, the breakfast had to be Danish and of course contain, salami, sausage rolls, bacon and fried eggs, rye bread and rolls. But times have also changed and so has the Danish breakfast. 

Skyr, porridge, avocado, luxury cheeses, scrambled eggs, freshly brewed coffee in all kinds of latte art, are now a normality in cafes and restaurants, and therefore Hyttefadet's head chef is looking forward to launching our interpretation of the traditional and the modern and presenting a product that makes the people full, satisfied and ready for the day's hardships.
